Step into this fully remodeled home with luxury finishes including an open concept main living area equipped with a 60" smart tv along with walls of windows taking in the panoramic views of the Olympic Mtns & Puget Sound - you might even spot a whale! Whip up your favorite dishes in the stocked kitchen with stylish tile, quartz counters & new stainless steel appliances. The shiplap accent wall laundry area includes a brand new, oversized washer & dryer set.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with a full bath. Upstairs you'll find the primary suite with a view overlooking the water as well as a tile shower ensuite. Transition seamlessly outside onto the wraparound porch w/outdoor dining & bbq grill. The expansive yard features a 6 person steam sauna + new relaxing above ground 7 person spa. The custom fire pit is equipped w/a smokeless Yukon Solo Stove - perfect for making s'mores! Guest has full exclusive access to the lower cabin & all listed amenities. Closet off the laundry area is locked for cleaning supplies. Guests do not have access to the garages or the high deck located off the upper garage studio. Upper garage studio may or may not be occupied during your stay.
Good to Know Before You Book:
· Landscaping, Spa & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, spa weekly and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.
· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras with audio are in use on the property.
· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this stunning property. The photographs do not capture its true splendor. We relished all the amenities - from paddling the kayaks with my daughter during the day and taking in the breathtaking views of the lake, to unwinding in the hot tub in the evening, to playing basketball with my son during the day, reading in the sauna, and finally sharing laughter and making s'mores by the fire pit. It was the ideal family retreat.

Summary: We stayed at this property in Shelton, Washington and had a wonderful, very relaxing time. The view is spectacular (of the mountains and the water). Fully enjoyed the huge hot tub. This house is very nice and pictures do not do it justice! We would love to come back and stay in the summer to enjoy the water activities!

Summary: We had a great time. The property has about everything you could hope for and everything was immaculate. We had fun with the kayaks in the inlet and even managed to spot a seal or two. Codi was a great host with great communication and responsiveness. Would highly recommend this property. We will certainly be back!
